O'Toole is trying to set a new standard, but Seattle cops want none of it

Several policemen are completely outraged by the decision. Seattle cop John McGovin had this to say “you mean to tell me I have to fight crime? This is fucked – that’s not why I signed up to be a policemen. I signed up to wave my small dick in front of people working to pay my salary in a hurry to get to the next job. That’s what being a cop is about – not fighting crime”.
Other policemen have joined McGovin in the outrage. Some have said they will petition and lay in front of I-5 and form a dick to dick chain to keep people from using the interstate. Others have said if they can’t steal money from drivers through tickets they will start breaking into cars and stealing purses.
O’Toole remains firm that the police force will change it’s tune to “to protect and serve” getting rid of the previous motto “to annoy and steal”.
