Happiness and laughter have spread like wildfire throughout country. This comes as great news to the people of China but with severe concern for other countries that enjoy one of China'a greatest exports - teriyaki.
As everyone knows, the active ingredient in all forms of teriyaki is the tears of Chinese people of all ages. "Tear collecting plants from all over China have seen a sharp decline this last year and we don't even know if we will manufacture enough teriyaki to be exporting to other countries." says So Su Mi, Chinese Teriyaki Trade Commissioner.
Some have tried using tears of laughter but that turns out a far less quality product turning importers to other sources of teriyaki - mainly teriyaki sauce plants in Burma and Laos.
As government oppression rises in the US causing Americans to cry tears of anguish, we may see some plants opening up here to collect the much needed active ingredient.
