"Take Your Tard to Work" is a new initiative passed by Idaho to allow employees to bring their retarded kids to work.
"We have many employees with retards at home and it was unfair seeing employees bringing their normal kids to work." Butch Otter, Idaho's governor said in a press statement. He continued with "Idaho has many stereotypes compared to other states, and unfortunately most are true. Yes, most of the children born here are of the same family and in excess of 70% of the government is inbred. Making a special day for the special kids is special to me, personally." He ended the press conference with this "My wife-sister and I will be looking forward to bringing our brother-son to work too!"
Scientists have conducted many studies in the state to see why more people aren't dead or how the families have been able to maintain inbreeding for so long.
The official date of "Bring Your Tard to Work" day is February 29th. Unfortunately the bill was already passed with a clause banning any amendments before being told that February 29th only came every four years.
